Black Bitumen Primer : 1 Litre Tin.

Bitumen primer is a solvent based bituminous liquid primer, that can be brushed on cold to penetrate and seal porous surfaces, prior to application of bitumen based covering materials, or bitumen based top coat finishes.

It can be applied to a range of surfaces such as metals, concrete, stone, slate and asbestos cement roof sheets;

It can be used before applying Flashbands and DRC water­pro­ofing membranes;

Bitumen Prime Guideline Coverage:
- 1 Litre can cover 3.5-12 square metres depending on porosity;

- Please check specific details for your situation, before use; 

Preparation - Ensure that surfaces are clean, dry and free from grease, dirt and organic growth. Primer should be used to seal porous surfaces and joints. (Cracks and splits should be filled with BituMastic.)
Stir the BituPrimer thoroughly before use; Do not apply in wet weather, or poor drying conditions.
