Treated Timber
Treated Timber, Garden Landscaping and Fencing :
Green Tanalised HC2 Timber Treatment - External above ground-level grade specification. Ideal for Garden Decking and for Fencing Rails. Generally these are in stock in 3.6 & 4.8 Metre lengths but other lengths may be obtainable. Generally this fencing timber is not Graded Stamped. HC3 Timber Treatment should be used for Fence Posts.
Waney-lap and Vertically-boarded Fence Panels usually are a brown timber treatment. Railway sleepers and other large sized landscaping timbers are available.
Timber is a natural product - variations in knots, colour, grain and surface-checking should be expected.
Sizes are the usual timber nominal size that the Timber is machined from, with a finished size that is generally obtained;
(Be aware: For a multitude of reasons, size and profile of timber may vary from batch to batch, so it is best to purchase all you need for a job in one go, rather than buying more at a later date.
If Size, Pattern or Grading of the Timber Joist is important, then you need to check this with your Building Inspector before ordering the timber with us, and before commencing work. We cannot be held responsible for any variations in Carcassing Timber sizes, pattern or grading.)
Price is generally per running metre or per length - we can price larger quantities and pack lots per cubic metre.

Approximate weights for Tanalised Timber Sections are shown in Kg per metre;
CARRIER DELIVERY of Treated Timber is possible from £9.60 +vat - up to 10Kg/2.4M., then 50p per Kg;

2.4 to 3.0 M. + £15+vat! Anything longer is not suitable unless in pallet quantities; ( Zone A mainland - poa other zones)
HAULIER DELIVERY of Treated Timber by pallet can be arranged for larger quantities.
DIRECT DELIVERY of Treated Timber may be possible from some of our suppliers.
