Egger Worktops, Breakfast Bars, Upstands & Splashbacks :EGGER Worksurfaces are now available with an exciting choice of 18 decors available in two thicknesses 38mm and 60mm;
In addition to the standard, solid 38 mm EUROSPAN® Worktop (chipboard core), with this new collection, Egger are officially launching 60 mm EUROLIGHT® Worktops (lightweight honeycomb core) into the market following increasing demand for thicker work surfaces. These 60mm worktops are lightweight (41% lighter than 38mm chipboard worktops) and due to their weight saving are easier to handle, transport and install. The rigid honeycomb core and sandwich construction means that there is no compromise in stability or quality.
The very latest designs such as textured white with texture, oxidised metal and exotic woods offer originality and exclusivity, as well as the very best mainstream, contemporary themes such as butcher block woods, granite and terrazzo finishes.
In addition to the new decors, great attention has been paid to the growing importance of how the worktop finish feels to the touch. The Perfect Matt ST9 is a smooth, matt finish which reproduces the feel of concrete, sandstone and wood veneer, whilst the new Granito ST82 texture is deep and undulating similar to that of a sandblasted granite surface.
You can also create stunning kitchens by combining worktops with EURODEKOR® MFC slab doors;
