The Modular Flashing System for slate roofs consists of aluminium flashing components that are fixed to the roof, the roof-window is fixed in place, and then a rubber gasket around the window is simply pulled down over the upstanding flashing to give a weather-proof seal.
Roto Roof Window Flashings are available for single windows, and also to order for multiple roof windows that can "stacked" one above the other, or "side-by-side". Combinations can also be manufactured for "stacked" and "side-by-side" arrays of roof windows to provide more light and to create the virtual impression of a continuous glazed area.
