A top-hung double-glazed White uPVC roof window, with an exterior cladding of anthracite-metallic polyester-coated aluminium. These can be fitted easily and quickly into roof slopes of 15 to 65 degrees, using special polyester coated aluminium flashings for tile or slate roofs. Sizes 6/11 upwards can be used as Means of Escape windows, MOE. (A minimum opening of 0.33 square metres is required for a roof-window to be used as a fire escape). 

- Made from White PVC internal components;
- Top pivot point - gives lots of headroom;
- Four-point locking with a single handle at the bottom for all functions;
- Slim frame profiles for lots of daylight;
- Security glazing on the outside, heat-insulation glass on the inside;
- Uw 1.2 W/m2K standard blueLine Double Glazing;
- Uw 0.84 W/m2K Type 9E blueLine Triple Glazing;
- A 2-piece WD insulating collar comes as standard;
- 6/11 upwards can be used as Means of Escape - MOE;

Far easier to fit than Velux Roof Windows - only 12 fitting screws required (24 for Velux) as the roof-brackets have already been attached to the frame.
Flashings available for slate, tiles, high profile tiles and window combinations.
Specialist glazing available if required - eg Obscure glazing £35.00 +vat extra; Blue-tinted Glazing - POA;
