A top-third pivoting double-glazed roto PVC roof window, with an exterior cladding of weather-proof Anthracite-Grey polyester-coated aluminium. Roto PVC Roof Windows are made from White PVC internal components that are foam filled and with steel re-inforcing bar. They can be fitted easily and quickly into roof slopes of 15 to 65 degrees, using standard polyester coated aluminium flashings for tile or slate roofs. Easy and safe ventilation using the single bottom handle, for all functions, with easy and safe cleaning when locked in the cleaning position. The PVC R7 roof window can't be used as Means of Escape - (MOE) at present; Always check with your Architect or Building Inspector before fitting. 11 sizes available - 5/7, 5/9, 5/11, 6/11, 7/9, 7/11, 7/14, 7/16, 11/9, 11/11 & 13/9; (Frame sizes below;) > High pivot axis - gives lots of headroom. > Single handle at the bottom for all functions. > Slim frame profiles for lots of light. > Security glazing on the outside, heat-insulation glass on the inside.
