The Designo R4 RotoTronic roof window with integrated drive unit and control technology leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to modern living quality. The plug-in solution includes all components for automatic opening and closing – “Plug & Play” is the motto. Sockets are available for internal electric-blinds, and for external shutters/sun-blinds. RotoTronic – life can be so easy.

The R4 Oak Rotronic Roof Window is supplied with integrated triple radio receiver; For switch control, a seperate switch needs to be ordered, and the number of remote control units required, need to be ordered.

The R4 Rotronic Oak Roof Window is centre pivoting and double-glazed, with an exterior cladding of anthracite-grey polyester-coated aluminium. These Oak Roof Windows can be fitted easily and quickly into roof slopes of 15 to 90 degrees, using standard polyester coated aluminium flashings for tile or slate roofs.

Two windows can be "stacked" one above the other, with combination flashings. The lower winndow being manual operation eg R7, and the top one being electric operation R4.

Catalogue sizes are available to special order on R4 Oak Rotronic Roof Windows.
Sizes up to 14/18 may be available to special order - 1400x1800mm - POA;

A roof window Flashing for slate or tile is required to fit a Rotronic Oak Roof Window (not included in the prices above) - ROTO ROOF FLASHINGS

Far easier to fit than Velux Roof Windows - only 12 fitting screws required (24 for Velux), as the roof fixing brackets are already attached to the frame.
