The Roto Oak Conservation roof window combines Victorian style Black Cast Iron traditional appearance with modern technology to provide an energy-efficient rooflight which blends perfectly with natural roofing materials. Conservation roof windows are finished in RAL9011 Black, and are ideal for Barn-conversion and Listed-building projects.

Window opening is based on the R7 unique top-third opening hinge, which gives more headroom, and minimal protrusion back into the room-space at the top, when opening the window compared to standard centre-pivot roof windows. The single operating handle at the bottom of the opening sash is used for all operations of opening, and to rotate and lock the sash in the cleaning position.

EDR-ZIE for Profiled Tiles 15 to 45mm thick;
EDR-SNH for Plain Flat Tiles up to 15mm thick & maximum length 270mm;
EDR-SNO for Slates up to 15mm thick;

Recessed ETL Conservation Roof Flashings are available where the roof window has to finish level with the roof surface -
- for 35 to 65 degree roof pitch;
ETL-SNH for Plain Flat Tiles up to 15mm thick & maximum length 270mm;
ETL-SNO for Slates up to 15mm thick;
