Artis Silica - 37mm Kitchen Worksurfaces, Splashbacks and Upstands :
Surfaced in HI-MACS® Natural Acrylic Stone, Artis Silica provides design flexibility and aesthetics which are unparalleled in modular solid surface elements. HI-MACS® Natural Acrylic Stone is made from a combination of 75% natural mineral and the finest acrylic resin, using state of the art thermal curing for maximum hardness and durability. Its unique seamless appearance and depth of surface looks so stylish and clean.
The use of curves and tight radii are easily attained with Silica Worksurfaces, so you can make the most of your kitchen space. Matching splashbacks, upstands and gable end panels provide the essential finishing details for a total integrated look.
Artis Silica is designed for ultra-hygienic performance and longevity; it’s 6mm HI-MACS® worksurface is non-porous, heat resistant and impervious to dirt and dust. Significantly, Silica has been awarded the Fira Gold Award, the supreme accolade and ultimate mark of product excellence in the furniture industry.
Cleaning and maintaining a Silica Worksurface is undemanding. A weekly clean and polish with “Worktop Wizard” from the Silica Care and Maintenance Kit keeps a Silica Worksurface's smooth sculptured appearance spotless. Over time, Silica’s bright crystal surface can be renewed with light sanding and polishing procedures, bringing it back to new life.
With their smooth, seamless construction, the specialised acrylic sink options provide the ultimate in hygiene; which is why HI-MACS® Natural Acrylic Stone is a preferred choice in hospitals and laboratories, as well as contemporary kitchen worksurface applications.
We strongly advise that these are prefabricated to order, to ensure absolute quality control.
Most brands of stainless steel undermount sinks and hobs can be used with Artis Silica Worktops, which can be installed on site; or alternatively for convenience, apertures and drainer grooves (or grooves for heat rods) can be prefabricated to order. The choice is yours.
The Complete System available for Artis Silica Worksurfaces includes - Silica Splashback, Silica Upstand, Silica Edging Kit, Silica Jointing Kit, Silica Adhesive, Silica Matching Acrylic Sink in single bowl and 1.5 bowl and pre-installation.
