This is a nominal size before sanding - 28mm finished thickness -
Timber dimensions are :
44x28mm - stiles (square profile - no groove);
71x19mm - top rail (located centrally within the stile);
95x19mm - mid rail (located centrally within the stile);
119x19mm - bottom rail (located centrally within the stile);
28x5mm - slats (trenched-in centrally within the stile);
No size reduction is advised for trimming these louvre doors;
It is best to manufacture the frame to fit the doors;
Manufactured from Clear Pine these louvres have a fine sanded finish, ready for painting or staining.
The louvre door range comprises of 37 imperial sizes - heights from 18" to 72" in 5 widths from 12" to 24" and 78" louvre doors in 7 widths.
Pine is a natural material - variations in knots, colour and grain should be expected.
